Vatulele Island
Resort, the operation of which was recently taken over by
Six Senses Resorts & Spas, is to commence a significant
property upgrade program, which will cumulate with the re-launch
of Vatulele as a Six Senses Hideaway. The full re-launch
is expected to take place towards the end of 2008.
Many facilities and services, such as Six Senses Spa treatments,
an organic vegetable garden and dining alternatives are
being introduced to the iconic property. Several areas that
may impact guest tranquility if implemented during operation
of the resort, have been identified. So a decision has been
made to close the property for a short period in order to
complete these works without disturbing guests.
