Papua New Guinea & Australia - July 2007
We had a great trip to Aitutaki and Raratonga!!! You were
right, it is a very laid back island atmosphere. We liked
that and the people. We rented a car on Aitutaki and a one
day rental on Raratonga, drove all over the islands, and
after 5 days(Aitutaki) returned the car STILL with a full
tank of gas!! The Aitutaki Adventure Lagoon cruise was AWESOME!
It was the highlight of the trip! Puna, the captain was
very knowledgeable and entertaining. We had a great time
and highly recommend you and your travel agency. Thanks
for all your recommendations, they were right on. We expect
to return to the Cooks in the next year or two and we will
definetely keep you in mind with our booking plans!!

Cook Islands - Sept 2007
Thank you so much
for putting together my trip to Moorea and
my diving on the Great Barrier Reef.
My trip to Tahiti was first class even with a day of rain!!
The Pearl Resort Moorea is heaven on Earth. The small size
of the hotel allows for everything to be a "near personal"
experience. It was everything I expected and so much more.
Yet, even when I thought Moorea couldn't be topped it was!
I cannot say enough great and wonderful things about Pro
Dive in Cairns, Australia. Their service, the boat, their
recognition of dive safety, the food, everything was first
class. I cannot thank Pacific Destinations
enough for all that you did and for making my summer one
I will never forget. You are a first class destination
center and I most certainly will use your services again
in the future. It was an amazing summer!! Thank you for
everything you did and for all your hard work.
Many thanks,
Melissa P.

Although we REALLY
didn't want to, we have returned from Fiji. To say Navini
Island Resort was the highlight of our best trip
ever would be a gross understatement. It was more than I/we
could have ever hoped for or imagined. It was our idea of
paradise. We all intend to return, together or separately.
It has to be the best kept secret of Fiji. I suggest
that you recommend it to your clients. Thanks for setting
us up. You listened closely to what I was dreaming of --
and then found it!
With great appreciation!

Our trip to Australia
& New Zealand was fabulous! All the planning
and the arrangements and accommodations you made for us,
made all the difference and were "right on" in
terms of what we were looking for and expecting.
We could not be more pleased with the trip and itinerary
you arranged for us. It was everything we expected and more.
Thanks again for choreographing our "trip of a lifetime".

Dave and I got
back from Malolo Island Resort
in Fiji last week and it was Fabulous! The resort
was wonderful--charming bures, good food, beautiful water,
lots of hammocks. It was truly paradise. All of our transportation
transfers were fine and Rosies travel agency made it very
easy to get around. We'd recommend the trip to anyone.
Thanks for all your help and advice!

The trip was fantastic. The most exciting
trip we have ever taken (and that is saying a lot after
our 2 weeks in Botswana last year). Every flight, pick up,
connection, etc. worked perfectly.
Papua
New Guinea was wild. The tour guides from TNT was
great in every location. The diving in Walindi was awesome.
The Madang experience was great also.
We loved the Harbor
Rocks Hotel Sydney. Great atmosphere and location.
Loved taking the ferry to the Aquarium (best one we have
ever been to)! So, thanks again, it was a perfect
trip!

The New
Zealand vacation was very enjoyable despite some
very nasty weather at times. We were very fortunate most
days to stay a jump ahead of the weather. All of the hotels
were nice and both of the bed and breakfast stays were awesome
with extremely gracious hosts that made us feel very welcome.
I would highly recommend the California House and Ruby House
to my friends and family.
The aircraft that we made our final leg on was small (approx 16 passenger) and there is a weight restriction of 20 kg for luggage. The people at Air New Zealand understood that overseas clientele would probably have heavier luggage, which in our case they accommodated at no surcharge.
Once again I would like to thank you for your help and professionalism in making this vacation a very memorable occasion.

Everything you
planned for us in New Zealand was perfect...and
we are very grateful. The extreme highlite, of course, was
the Tepapa Museum in Wellington. Almost all the B&Bs
were wonderful and comfortable. Several stood out. Brenton
Place was one of the most pleasant with John and Rose as
our hosts. Next was the home of TeRakau in Awatuna - wonderful
people and accommodations. We could have stayed there longer.
The final was in Dunedin where we were upgraded and treated
like royalty. Pickups and limo transfers
were perfect.
Sally and
Larry Herbert - New Zealand - Nov 2004
We were very pleased
with the accommodations in New Zealand.
The Toyota was perfect and being a diesel, it delivered
good mileage. It was a great car to drive and I enjoyed
the challenge of driving on left.
We are most appreciative
of all your efforts on our behalf. We did not have a glitch
of any kind. Everything went off as planned and the excellent
arrangements and planning made our traveling easier.

We just got back
from our 2+ week adventure to Australia.
We both wanted to thank you for a great job at planning
our vacation. It was literally paradise. There were no booking
problems, no flight problems, no transfer problems, no day
tour problems. The whole trip went incredibly smooth and
the places and excursions you recommended were perfect.
We will definitely pass along your company as a reference
and appreciate all of the time and planning you spent.

Thank you
for all the hard work you did for us last spring. It was
a wonderful, wonderful trip. Your planning, organization
and implementation was superb! All your reservations and
vouchers came off without a hitch.
Our month
in New Zealand was perfect. Auckland was
great and the Imperial Hotel 2 bedroom unit overlooking
the harbor was perfect.
Once to
Australia, our adventures became more scheduled,
according to your itinerary. You were right; the CORAL TREKKER
is not a winner, though a lovely square-rigger. The WINDJAMMER
was a lovely boat, and we were well taken care of.
I would suggest
spending the little bit extra and taking the stateroom over
bunkrooms.
Our Rain Forest trip was great:
the Daintree Heritage Lodge were excellent. We loved Port
Douglas. Kakadu camping was another experience which I would
not change, though I am not sure I would recommend it to
the faint of heart. It was hot, humid, fetid tents and sleeping
bags, mosquitoes and rain. But was wonderfully organized
and congenial. All of Alice Springs and Ayers Rock were
great. Loved Coober Pedy, the mine tour, Kangaroo Island
and Tasmania. Sydney was wonderful, especially staying at
the Russell, which is definitely 'quaint', and great location!
Adams/Griffiths - Party of four (2 couples). 3 month trip New Zealand and Australia
We want
to express our gratitude for all the thoughtful planning
that went into the itinerary to Australia and New
Zealand that you set up for us. As one of our friends
said when she read over the schedule and saw our photos,
"how did she know what you wanted?", to which
I replied, "well, she asked me several questions about
our interests, budget and desires, and then tailored the
program to fit.
We feel
that was the key, however, your detailed local knowledge
played a huge role in us getting the right mix of tours,
wonderful B&Bs, and time to ourselves via the rental
car/self-drive approach. Our schedule suited us to a "T",
and I feel sure that you would take the same approach
in designing a trip for someone with different needs and
interests. Given the time constraints, our trip was exceedingly
"time efficient and effective!" We experienced
a great deal of 'Down-under', and look forward to our
next trip."
Fred
& Jan Hodder - Turlock, CA.
Our clients,
Dale and Margaret Bain along with grandson Tyler, have returned
from their journey "down-under" and
to points beyond. First and foremost I want to let you know
that every-thing went without a hitch. They particularly
enjoyed the cruise on the Discovery around Papa
New Guinea. The ship was small and quaint which
they really liked. The New Zealand package
went very well, just not enough time there. All is well
and our clients had a wonderful time. Thank you for you
hard work and efforts, we'll be back for more!

We are responding
to your nice "Welcome Home" letter to let you
know that we had the BEST time in New Zealand!
What a beautiful country with the nicest people. Thank you
so much for making the arrangements and suggestions that
helped make New Zealand spectacular and unforgettable for
us.

My wife
and I would like to thank you and your organizaton for providing
us with superlative B&B accommodations and hosts during
our New Zealand stay!

Thank you
for your efforts putting this trip together so well and
quickly for me. The itinerary was nicely presented and invaluable.
It was a dream come true to see the Sydney
Opera House, the breathtaking views at Queenstown
in New Zealand and I hope to revisit Fiji one
day.

Thank you
for all that you did to pull together a fantastic
honeymoon for us back in November. I fully realize
that we were probably the clients from hell, as we consistently
changed our focus relative to areas we wanted to visit within
Australia. We had a wonderful 2 1/2 weeks
down under and can't wait to visit there again.
