Let us design a day-to-day itinerary with pre-arranged accommodation – you have the choice of a combination of hotels, motels or Bed & Breakfasts – even a farmstay thrown in. You have complete freedom each day, but have a firm booking each night.
“Freewheeler” rent-a-car packages where you have complete freedom to build your own itinerary. Select the vehicle that suits you best and what style of accommodation you like. You can mix categories and pre-purchase vouchers.
If you want to be totally independent you will love the fully equipped Motorhomes. Just add your personal possessions, stock up with some food and off you go! With over 400 camping grounds throughout New Zealand there is little need to book ahead. Of course you are not restricted to camping grounds; you could quite easily pull over for the night beside that secluded mountain stream or clear blue lake giving you that “away from it all” feeling!
Accommodation Passes
For purchase from your travel agent and represents a significant overall saving on published tariffs for accommodation. Simplicity, convenience and flexibility. There are hundreds of hotels/motels in New Zealand. Choice of well known hotel chains. Coverage in key locations as well as the lesser traveled regions. Open passes available, however, during the “high season” (October-April) we recommend you pre-book your accommodations to avoid disappointment.
You will enjoy quality accommodation and meet and share experiences with your kiwi hosts. Most of the properties are located away from the cities, many with magnificent rural views. Others are located in close proximity to the numerous towns and cities throughout New Zealand. * Individually priced B & B’s must be pre-booked.

As well as our motorhomes, we also provide car rental options for your holiday to New Zealand. We have a range of late model vehicles all for a great price. Whether you are after a more compact vehicle to drive around town in, or planning a ski trip with the whole family, we will have something to suit you.
All our cars are under 2 years old. You also benefit from the added convenience of being able to take your Maui car hire on the ferry between the North & South Islands – no need to wait in a queue to change over cars. Car hire is available from our Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown branch locations as well as Hamilton, Wellington, Rotorua, Napier, Picton, Nelson, Blenheim, Greymouth and Dunedin
